Kevin grew up on a family farm in Illinois. In nearly 40 years as a leader in the cooperative system, and 35 years as the President & CEO, Kevin has been a champion for ag education, rural economic development and 4-H and FFA programs. He also serves as Chairman of the CoBank board.
Kevin and his wife, Anne, have been married for 45 years. They have two grown sons and six grandchildren. Kevin is a proud University of Iowa alum and Hawkeyes sports fan.
With more than 26 years in agriculture, Scott is a former President & CEO now serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Keystone Cooperative. Scott is a Ball State graduate.
A member of Clayton Christian Church, volunteer with the Ball State University Entrepreneurship Center, and board member for the Indiana FFA Foundation, Scott has spent most of his free time over the past 15 years traveling to state and national swine shows. Scott has been married to his wife, Daisy, for 26 years and have two adults sons, both pursuing careers in the agriculture industry.
Doug grew up on a family farm and attended Purdue University. He's worked in the cooperative system ever since, most recently bringing his 30+ years of experience to Keystone Cooperative as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operational Excellence.
Doug and his wife Mary Jo, have been married for 36 years and have adult sons. Their family is very active in the Indiana livestock Industry.
With previous experience as a Controller, CFO and CEO in agriculture and logistics, Rodney is the Senior VP of Accounting, IT & Credit at Keystone Cooperative. He holds a bachelor's degree from Franklin College and an MBA from Ashland University.
Rodney and his wife Amy have 4 adult children. Rodney also served as a board member of the Indiana Blind Children's Foundation.
Jeff has worked in the cooperative system for more than 40 years, including a long tenure as General Manager/CEO before his most recent role as Executive Vice President of Special Projects and Public Policy at Keystone Cooperative. He serves on both the Land O’Lakes board of directors and the executive board of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives (NCFC). He is also a Deacon at his church.
Jeff is a proud Purdue alum and can often be found whipping up a great tailgating meal ahead of any game at Ross-Ade.
Amy joined the cooperative in 2013 as Crop Protection and Seed Business Manager, transitioning to her current role as VP of Sales & Marketing after 7 years. She holds MS and BS degrees from Purdue.
Amy has previously worked in crop protection sales at Bayer, and as an extension educator. She is married to a fourth-generation farmer, raising their three children on the farm.Elizabeth has led the legal department at Keystone Cooperative for 15 years and the Safety & Risk Team for the last 4 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, a JD degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and a Masters of Law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. Elizabeth is in her 29 th year as a practicing attorney with a background in insurance and business law, litigation, and M&A activity.
Elizabeth and her husband, Joe have been married for thirty-three years and enjoy spending time together with their three adult children.
In his nearly 29 years with the cooperative, Phil has been an applicator, a location manager and an agronomy vice president before transitioning to his current role in strategic development. He is a graduate of Taylor University, where he studied Biology/Environmental Science.
Phil and his wife, Susan, have three sons. He enjoys making maple syrup, working with bees, hobby farming and exploring new places with his family.
Angela brings years of experience as an HR executive leader in the energy industry to her role as VP of HR & Talent at Keystone Cooperative.
She holds a BA in Political Science from University of Kansas; MA in Human Resources from Ottawa (KS) University; and an MBA from Wichita State University. Angela is a board member for the Avon Education Foundation.
Angela and her husband, Brian, have six children.
Drew has served in a number of roles in his 17-year cooperative system career. From managing an agronomy branch to a 10-year career with Winfield United and Land O' Lakes in digital experience and ag tech, to several years as Chief Marketing Officer, Drew now serves as Vice President of Innovation and Sustainability for Keystone Cooperative.
Drew is the President of the Purdue Ag Alumni Assoc. and a Purdue Alumni Assoc. board director, in addition to serving on a number of community boards in Knox County.
Eric brings 12 years of experience as an energy leader in the cooperative system to his role of Vice President, Energy at Keystone Cooperative. He is a Purdue University alum.
Eric and his wife, Leslie, have been married for 27 years and have three adult children. In his free time, Eric enjoys family trips and spending time at the lake.
In his 29 years with the cooperative system, Doug has worked as an applicator, a sales rep, a location manager and regional manager before taking on his current role as VP of Agronomy for Keystone Cooperative. He is an Elder at West Bridge church, active with 4-H dairy project and serves on the Agricultural Retailers Association board of directors.
Doug and his wife, Abby, have been married for 25 years and have three children. Outside of work, you’ll find enjoying his time with his family working with their cow-calf herd and farm.
Tom is a Purdue alumnus and has worked for more than a decade in the grain sector of agriculture, affording him roles in operations, origination, merchandising and management. After more than five years with Keystone, he now leads the Grain division in strategic budgeting and planning, operations and go-to-market strategy. Tom is very active in his local community, serving as a FFA advisory board member & 4H Fair Board volunteer. He and his wife, Morgan, have a variety of animals, including miniature cattle.
Dewey started his career as a swine herdsman and brings 37 years of experience in the cooperative system as a feed sales specialist and feed department manager to his role of VP, Swine & Animal Nutrition. Dewey and his wife, Teri, have been married for 39 years. They have two sons and a grandson. Dewey is a 10-year 4-H leader and has coached little league, jr. high and high school baseball for almost a decade.
When he’s not at work or on the field coaching his teams, Dewey enjoys being out of the lake – either in a boat or on the ice!
