ABOUT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Keystone Cooperative is divided into 5 districts. Each district has representation from 4 Keystone Board Members. Directors are elected to 4-Year terms by the shareholders in their district.
The function of the board of directors is to evaluate the overall direction and strategy of the cooperative business, which has core divisions of energy, agronomy, grain and swine & animal nutrition.
BOARD OFFICERS
Bill and his wife, Vonda, reside in Sharpsville, Indiana. He is a proud Purdue University alum and has been farming for 36 years, working alongside his sister and son. The family raises corn, soybeans, and sweet corn, as well as leasing out two hog barns.
Bill is proud to help make decisions that enhance farmer-owners’ operations. He is also a deacon at Rock Prairie Baptist Church and has been involved in a number of community and industry boards.
Jeremy holds a degree in forestry & wildlife management from Purdue University. He’s a fourth generation farmer working in partnership with his father and son in Marion, Indiana. They raise soybeans, corn, hay and cattle.
Jeremy enjoys being a part of a strong and progressive agricultural cooperative. He also serves on the board for Citizens Bank in Mooresville, Indiana.
Brian is a proud Purdue University alum. He and his wife, Ann, reside in Fairmount, Indiana and farm alongside Brian’s father and his son.
Brian enjoys his role on the board and takes pride in guiding progressive, innovative conversations in service of Keystone’s farmer-owners.
DIRECTORS
Brian and his wife, Jenni, reside in Middletown, Indiana. They raise corn, beans, wheat, and hay, as well as running a cow-calf operation.
Brian is most excited to be part of a great and growing cooperative. He is proud to represent the interests of the members in his district.
Bob and his wife, Lisa, reside in Greenfield, Indiana. He is a Purdue University alum, and farms 1100 acres of corn and soybeans alongside his son.
Bob is proud to be a Keystone board member and appreciates the opportunity to contribute to a strong and growing cooperative.
Adam farms in northern Rush County, Indiana, working alongside his father and brother to manage more than 2,000 acres of corn and soybeans. The family also operates a wean-to-finish swine operation and installs drainage tile to improve their land and support neighboring farms. Adam earned a B.S. in Farm Management from Purdue University.
Adam is active in his community, serving as a captain with the Raleigh Volunteer Fire Department and as a member of the Rush County Agricultural Association, including a term as president in 2025.
Tom and his wife, Debra, call Fountaintown, Indiana, home. He raises 1,750 acres of corn and soybeans in Hancock and Shelby Counties.
Tom has been a co-op member for all his working years. He remembers seeing the co-op from a single county to what it has grown into today, and takes pride in being a part of the future for the cooperative and his fellow farmer-owners.
Kim and his wife, Gina, reside in Fillmore, Indiana. A proud Purdue alum with a degree in Ag Economics, Kim farms rolling and variable ground with two of his brothers and three of his nephews. They implement no-till and cover crops into their operation.
Kim is proud to have been involved in the co-op for nearly 30 years, first serving as a director for Midland Co-op. He’s seen phenomenal progress and growth in that time, and is honored to serve with progressive, forward-thinking producers.
Cory farms 4,500 acres of corn and soybeans in Danville, Indiana, alongside his brother. They also serve as contract growers for Northwind Pork (Keystone), managing 10,000 head on feed. Cory earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Western Kentucky University.
Cory is active in his community, having served on the Danville Community School Board and with the Hendricks County Pork Producers.
Jason and his wife, Melissa, live in North Salem, Indiana. Along with their oldest son, Wyatt, they farm 1200 acres of corn, beans, wheat and hay as well as running a cow/calf to finish operation.
Jason enjoys being involved with the co-op, and believes deeply in a farmer-owned model as a trusted partner on the farm.
Tim is a Purdue University grad. He and his wife, Julie, call Monticello, Indiana home. He farms corn, soybeans and wheat, as well as running a hog contracting operation.
Tim is proud to be part of the board of directors, as he believes the cooperative has the power to create even brighter futures for farmer-owners.
Chris and his wife, Kim, reside in Reynolds, Indiana. He farms 3,200 acres of corn, soybeans and wheat in partnership with his son, Adam. The Wiese family also raise cattle and contract finish 20,000 head of hogs per year.
Chris appreciates the opportunity as a board member to give back to the agricultural community, and brings his experiences from the farm to the board room.
Dale and his wife, Melissa, reside in Clarks Hill, Indiana. He is a Purdue University alum, and farms corn and soybeans.
As a board member, Dale has a vested interest in the success of the cooperative and its farmer-owners. He believes a viable cooperative is beneficial to his farm and the greater industry.
Howard is a Purdue University alum with a degree in agriculture economics. He farms in Ladoga, Indiana, raising corn and soybeans, as well as running a cow/calf operation and beef finishing business. Howard and his wife, Mary Lee, have two adult children.
Rick and his wife, Deb, live in Kentland, Indiana. They farm 1,240 acres in partnership with their son, Matt.
Rick is most proud to be a part of the cooperative system as Keystone continues to find new ways to serve farmer-owners.
Rick farms 2,500 acres of corn, soybeans and wheat in Warren, Indiana. He also runs a cow/calf operation. Rick and his wife, Rhonda have three adult children.
As a board member, Rick is most excited about being a part of the farmer-owned system, and serving his fellow farmers in any way he can.
Brian has been farming alongside his father since 1998, and today works alongside his son, as well. The family raises corn, soybeans and beef cattle in Logansport, Indiana.
Brian takes pride in his responsibility to move the cooperative forward as a member of the board.
Brad is part of a fourth‑generation farming operation in southern Cass County, Indiana, with additional acres in Carroll County. The family raises corn, soybeans, and tomatoes under contract for Red Gold, Inc. Brad earned a degree in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Farm Management from Purdue University and farms alongside his father.
Brad is active in his community, serving on the Cass County Farm Bureau Board, volunteering with the 4‑H Sheep Committee, and acting as president of the Board of Trustees at Community of Faith Church.
