WHAT IS SEED?
SEED (Securing Experience + Employee Development ) is a two-year developmental program where recent high school graduates are hired full-time at Keystone to explore the diversity of our business resulting in a rewarding and fulfilling career in agriculture and energy. The program allows the graduating FFA member to explore our business and learn what areas interest them the most as a full-time employee. SEED is a boots-on-the-ground learning experience for someone who would rather get to work, than sit in class.
Spend 4 months in each of our diversified businesses that will offer a full-circle view of our cooperative:
- Grain
- Energy
- Agronomy
- Swine & Animal Nutrition
- Corporate
This is a 2-year employment commitment
SEED Employees will receive all full-time benefits and pay and will also have all professional accreditations and trainings paid for by Keystone
