SEED: World of Opportunity in Your Backyard

Co-Alliance’s support of the FFA organization as amplified in the last couple years. The more we spend time with FFA members at contests, in the classroom, or at one of our locations, the more we’re convinced they are our kind of people! The kind of people who are ready to get to work every day, enjoy a challenge and always doing something new. Additionally, our mission to LEAD with people and technology has become increasingly important as we work to hire and retain the very best in the field.

 
Co-Alliance has launched SEED (Securing Experience + Employee Development), a two-year program where recent high school graduates can be hired on full-time at Co-Alliance to explore the diversity of our cooperative resulting in long-term employment which they find rewarding and fulfilling while being an integral part of our business.  
  
This program is strategically designed for non-college-bound graduates who are ready to get work rather than report to a classroom.  
 
They will rotate through all areas of our business (Agronomy, Energy, Grain, Swine & Animal Nutrition and Corporate) to find the place which they can build a promising career in agriculture.  
 
SEED employees will receive full-time benefits and pay. They will also have any accreditations that are required for the job paid for by Co-Alliance. At the conclusion of their two-year experience, they will work with the SEED program manager to evaluate their fit within the company find the best opportunity for them personally. 
 
Applications are open now for this exciting program – but the deadline is approaching for this first class! The applications close on December 15.
